Our journey began some 40 years ago from a shop in the west end of Glasgow. Making the "finest handmade pakora in town" soon became our hallmark.
This is where our variety of pakora were developed over the years with the active participation of our customers..
As our reputation grew for the finest selection of pakora in town, we decided to take our products to the rest of Scotland.
In 2005 we established our first manufacturing unit under the banner of Subzi Spice in Queenslie Glasgow. Soon our reputation grew as the finest purveyors of authentic Indian pakora.
Our sales team successfully took our product throughout Scotland. They were well received and the demand grew.
In 2007 we established our new custom built factory in Springburn Glasgow from where we continue to grow.
Our aim is to provide our customers with the best quality pakoras using only the freshest and finest ingredients sourced locally.
